So, I read this article at My Nokia Blog, and it's more of a rant, actually. But, he does have a point (okay, multiple points).

Now, I was about to navigate away and go to one of those Apple ****** sites (ehem, BGR) to get my daily dose of, well, stuff. But, I decided to stick around and read the ~190 comments there.

And, I then behold a mix of Developers (who hate Microsoft, apparently) and Nokia fans of the olden days. Well, there, they shed some light on things.
It's a classic case of how reading the comments can make a difference.

As for why I'm still reading My Nokia Blog, I'm a Nokia fan.

If you think I'm just spreading FUD, I'm just trying to tell the truth, from their perspective.

Ill quote one of the respondents:

They have no chance against Samsung.. like.. zero.. its way to late for that.

For some reason they thought that all their Symbian users will convert to WP users, which is a stupid assumption.. WP doesn?t offer what most Symbian users are used to, Android does, so that is where most of them are heading to. Android ( as ****ty as it is ) is the new Symbian.

I would never touch it.. to me its a messy OS which has only one purpose, and that is to distribute advertising for Google. That is the main reason they bought android in the first place.

Windows NT mobile will have to get to 3.0 for me to consider it, and until then.. its Symbian and maybe QNX (bb10) for a while.

.......
His/her choice of words may be rough, but the points are credible.

So, actually this is another "Where is my Instagram?!"-thread? ;-)

This almost begs for a joke about photos of your food overlayed with a cheap filter...

I visit MNB as well, just not as frequently as I used to. Keep in mind, that most of the visitors there are Symbian fans, and Linux lovers - of course they are not going to be fans of Microsoft; and they hate it that their beloved Nokia chose a non Linux OS as their primary OS. However, there are some developers that post there that develop for Symbian AND Microsoft - clearly, not every developer that visits MNB and likes Symbian, hate MS.

As a former N8 users, I can say that I don't think it's a bad thing that some of those complaining developers aren't developing for, or want to develop for WP - the apps in the Nokia Store for Symbian, in my humble opinion, are not stellar and WP doesn't need those types of apps in the store.

I don't think that you are spreading FUD, but those comments aren't the truth - it is simply their perspective.
