How do I access BIOS settings on a Lenovo Z51?

I have a Lenovo Z51 and wanted to get started developing apps. When I installed the Windows 10 mobile emulators, I got an error that said I needed to change a setting in BIOS. How do I access BIOS on Lenovo Z51 since it's different for each laptop?

Here is your BIOS help page at Lenovo... The procedure should not change with 10 on the machine as entering BIOS is a pre-boot maneuver.
