How do I activate my additional OneDrive accounts that came with Office 365?

We recently purchased Office 365 at Best Buy when we got our new computer. We were told we would get 5 OneDrive accounts- and we could load each of the five on our tablets as well. My husband did the initial set up and put in the activation code - but I can't figure out how to add a separate one for me (and the kids are clamoring for the other three). I have the activation code - but I can't seem to find out where to enter it to sign up for additional accounts. Thanks for your help!
