How do I add cards to my Wallet app?

I can't seem to figure out how to add my credit and debit cards to my Wallet app. The app just seems to give the option of going to the Store for these cheesy 3rd party store type cards.

What am I missing? I just want to add a few Visa and MasterCard's.

It also took me a while to figure it out.
You can not with the wallet app.
Go to the "Store" app and tap the hamburger in the left top corner.
Go to "payment options" there you can add your credit cards etc.

That is not Wallet. It is MS Store that you give them credit cards numbers to charge you for downloading apps.

As mentioned, I dont need to add another payment option for store apps, I want to use NFC for in person physical payments...

Before MS fixes its Wallet you can try Barcode Wallet that you have a wide range of options.

It was useless on WP8.x too.
