How do I add "Outside US" holidays in Calendar?

I live outside US but my calendar only shows "US Holidays" in settings. My region and time is Philippines.

Edit: In the settings of Calendar, I can turn on/off US Holidays and it is working fine. Philippines Holidays are not showing on my Calendar even I turn on/off it in the settings of my Calendar.

Nope. Since I installed 8.1, my region has been Philipines.
Does the calendar in WP only shows US Holidays and cannot show the local holidays outside US?

I already subscribed to my country's holiday that is why Philippine is now appearing in my outlook calendar. But unfortunately, US holidays are the only appearing in my phone.
