How do I avoid having to enter my microsoft password evey time I turn my Surface 3 on?

I know there is a way to turn this requirement off but am unable to find it in the "settings".

I would set up a pin number to use in place of the password.

I have the pin set up as well and the same one on my SP3 and Lumia 950. Works quite well.
