How do I block my phone from being hacked?

Hi there, i am in need of some help. i recently started seeing things on my phone that made me think my phone has been hacked. I am kinda seeing this guy & know the one night he had my phone plugged into his laptip. Anyway, i decided to reboot my phone but keep my same email address, just change my password, but stil it hasnt changed. i then realised that this guy has my email address, phone nr & that something is suspicious. When ill check my balance on my phone, his phone would go off, if i tried changing password or something his phone would go off. I haven't once had to buy data sense I am seeing him, always have data & airtime. Anyway long story short. I have seen folders on his laptop of wattsapp, Facebook , messages , extra. The files also named like 550 for instance. I have seen how he synchronized my phone onto his laptop. I stopped getting emails, if I did I'll only get them much later, my phone would just switch off. My phones memory usage will change every day, I would get emails of porn sites saying I haven't register. I know its him, my problem tho, is how can I catch him out. I need hard proof...,

Lol that's creepy... Ehm the only way to get proof would be to check his laptop.... In any case if you want to make sure he's not spying then and if simply changing your email doesn't work then hard resetting the phone would be a good idea.. Backup the pictures and music, but let everything else go.. Once the phone has restarted you can manually download the apps you use the most

TBH im not sure it is possible to spy on a WP, because all of the apps are sandboxed, which basically means that they live inside of their own small world with very limited access to data that isn't necessary

The folders you listed on his laptop do not exist on your phone. He can not get your password unless you have it in a document on the phone. All he could have gotten with the connection is media files and document files.

Perhaps the OP wants to hack someone else and is using reverse psychology :/
