My Lumia 520 only rings 3 times and then goes to voicemail, how do I increase the rings

Download ringtone maker. It lasts for 30 seconds and you can use your own music as a ringtone and also select what part of the music you want to play.

Not on the phone but your carrier can at least my carrier can.
