How do I change the settings in the default Lumia Camera vs Microsoft Camera?

Lumia Camera vs Microsoft Camera

Hello,

After the last update of MS Camera, it seems to take better pictures than the Lumia Camera on my 1520. The sizes of the pictures taken are also different, about 4,3 MB with Lumia Camera and 7,2 MB with MS Camera.
My question is: how to change in the settings the default camera from Lumia to Ms Camera? It doesn't let me change it.

Go to Settings -->Devices --> Default Camera to change it.
I really like the update Ms Camera, it now has 4k video and Living Images. The only thing that makes me not to change is that the Rich Capture feature on the Ms Camera isn't working properly. The resulting pictures are under 1MB and the resolution is 1080p, while the Lumia camera still has high resolution Rich Capture Images.
Is there anybody that can confirm this?

The resolution of my "Rich Captures" are 5372x3020 with MS Camera on my Lumia 1520.
A lot of bugs indeed.

I cannot change my default camera app from Lumia camera to MS camera in devices. The option is greyed.
