Welcome to Windows Central.
By going to Settings > Wi-Fi and turning it on, you should be able to see a list of available Wi-Fi routers/sources and from there choose your hotel Wi-Fi. However, you may need to know the login credentials of the hotel, i.e. the Wi-Fi router password and/or the username and password for the Wi-Fi session entitled to their guests.
With the username and password, after attempting to connect to Wi-Fi, you should be automatically redirected to an IE browser where you should be able to enter the login credentials.
You may need to create a Windows Central account in order to respond to this thread.
