How do I delete a program?

I am having problems with Evernote and want to delete it and reload it in hopes that fixes the sync problem but I dont know how to delete the program. Any suggestions.

select it and you'll have an option to delete.

grab the icon or tile for it and drag it down slightly. The bar at the bottom will pop up and give you the option to uninstall
