How do I disable my Windows 10 preview volume lock?

Windows 10 preview volume lock

I am using windows 10 preview on Samsung Laptop(Realtek Driver) and whenever I plug my earphone into jack, the volume gets locked to '42'. Is there any way to disable it.

Updating your sound drivers and resetting the volume settings from the control panel of your device might help
