No need for drivers. Just plug it in and it shall connect. Check usb slot on pc, cable or is port on phone dammaged.

Do not use a hub.
Try different ports on the PC. Change cables.
If the issue is still persistent you will need to clean out your USB drivers. Download this tool. View any installed/connected USB device on your system
Right click the .exe and run as admin. Delete any drivers marked Nokia or Lumia. Now when you plug the phone in it should install a clean copy of the drivers.
