How do I download Denim if it is telling me there is something wrong with my manufacture name (India)?

unable to download denim in india due to manufactrer name

I'm having lumia 620 with cyan installed.
I tried to download denim many time but after 100% , it starts to download the update again.
I'm having 3.89gb free on my lumia and have tried 2 times reset the phone.
my date and time is correct but still I am unable to get denim.
I am from india but the manufacturer name is { RM-846_apac_singapore_230 }
Can it be the that I am unable to download the update....... if yes then
pls someone help me........ to get the denim

It's not the name. Something else is wrong but not sure what

then can it be the apps in the store which need to updated before updating.......

That is not a thing. I updated my 830 to Denim while having apps download in the background. They continued as normal afterwards

Instead of update, you could try a clean install. Make a backup first as you will loose data. Then try one of these tools to get a fresh start: FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA

What's the Mobile Operator string in settings->extras+info? That's the usual trigger for updates.

Use the Lumia Software recovery tool or try the Lumia help pages
