How do I enable Cortana passive voice activation?

Enable Cortana Passive Voice activation

Hey guys

I installed the lasted WP developer preview, especially because of this feature passive voice activation feature (tried to post a link but obivously i need 10 posts to do so...crazy :-/), but i think you all know what i am talking about.

However i can not find how to enable the 'Hey Cortana' Feature.
What do i miss?
Can you help me?

I own a lumia 930. and okey, so it is not related to the developer preview but to the full denim update...so i have to wait. thx

The passive voice activation is a feature that most of us will receive with the Denim update

Actually only for Lumia 930/Icon and 1520 devices.

MS has said that most phones will have Denim by the end of this month.

Again, they have never actually said this.
