my lumia 530 cannot connect to the laptop. it keeps asking to enable my usb debugging. and i cant find that on the phone to enable. i know its in the developers options or something like that but i cant find that on the phone.

USB Debugging is for Android phone...
Unplug your phone. Download this tool to your PC: View any installed/connected USB device on your system
Unzip the folder, open it and Right Click the .exe. Choose "run as admin" so you have permissions. It will open a window showing all your USB drivers. Delete any drivers marked Nokia or Lumia. Close the USBDeview window.
Plug your Lumia 530 into USB and let the drivers install a fresh copy.
