Even i got his problem after updating.I was using 8.1 and then got few updates . Now my OS version in 8.10.14203.306

I think this 8.1.1 update.....this is the problem i hope......dont know how to fix....someone help me

Typing or swiping? You cannot swipe more than one word. I do miss the ability to swipe a whole sentence

You already tried switching on and off and a soft reset?
Install another keyboard and see if that works. If that works remove the original keyboard and install it again and see if it works.
