How do I fix Lumia 920 that often resets/won't upload pictures to Facebook?

Good morning everyone from Greece
Owner of a lumia 920 with cyan 8.1. After the update at the last of August, i had to reset my phone 3 times. Twice in 2 days. Frozen initial screen
Is this something temporary and 'll be fixed by taking other update?

P.S I thing Facebook app has problems uploading photos...

If you have a PC and an internet connection I suggest using this link to install Nokia Software Recovery Tool. You'll need your USB cable as well.

That link will automatically start the download.

What this tool does is download a new firmware and it wipes the old one off. That means all your data gets wiped as well, be sure to backup. The firmware download is fairly large.

This is probably your best option. If this doesn't work then you probably need to send it it.
