The other day I went to get on my HP laptop, when I noticed my windows 10 task bar is not working. What I mean by not working is the cortana part of is and my home( the icon in the bottom left) show up but will not let me click either of them. I can not even turn my laptop off the normal way. Also, none of my applications I had on my task bar are completely showing up. I can see that I have two applications running, but it will not let me open them. I just got this laptop on December 25, 2016 and don't understand why it is not working. Is there anyway to fix it.
