how do i get black fonts

i have vision problems and i need black fonts but all mine are in pastel colors. how do i get black fonts and maybe even bold black fonts on all elements on my computer

In settings, both in win8.1 than 10, click on the like-wheelchair icon for the Accessibility options, then High Contrast. Choose the colors screen, windows and texts combination you feel better for your eyes
