How do I get custom sms notification sounds

Is there away for me to get custom notification sounds for sms? I came from the android world and I loved how I could use an app and download funny sound clips and set them as sms tones. Is that possible for windows phones?

Nope, sorry. Limited to the ones provided by Tier 0 (Microsoft) and Tier 1 (Manufacturer & Wireless Carrier) providers

As soon as Wp8 is homebrewed/"jailbroken" you can probably do that, just not officially supported
