How to get music uploaded to cloudsix dropbox from microsd on lumia 635

I have a bunch of music files on my microsd but I'm not sure how to upload them to dropbox using my Lumia 635, not with my PC. I don't have any media playing apps so the only way I have access to them is through Xbox music. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
