How do I get my MSN Weater app (Win BLU Jr) on my Lock Screen?

HELP!! My lock screen doesn't show the MSN Weater app (Win BLU Jr)...

I already try everything. Uninstall... reinstall... Update... and it's the same... The only thing i didn't do was a hard reset... others apps Works well at the lock screen... like Facebook, bing, even third parts like Accuweather... but I want my MSN Weather... it only shows the blue screen with the clock... even when I open the app... refresh the forecast... someone please??????

Please create an account and reply on this post by explaining what everything is.
Did you for example go to the settings in the app and allowed it to update, or in Battery save to work on the background?

Yeah, I did all that... allowed to update, it's running on background, uninstalled, turned off the phone to clear the cache e turned on again and reinstalled... and it's not running on the lock screen... I have another phone (Lumia 520) and i'm using the exact same configuration on all settings and it runs on the lumia and not running on the Blu Jr...

Actually, it's not showing a simple blue screen... it's showing the blue screen of a sunny day... like when the app it's working on a sunny day... but only this screen... without the forecast or info about the temperature, all the time... day and night, sun or rain... lol...
