It would help if you told us what carrier you're using. This works on AT&T and T-Mobile in USA. Launch phone and go to the dialer. Press call button after entering the string.

First, check your current settings. *#61#

Make a note of the number it forwards to, for example +12223334444

Change the settings:
**61*(voicemail number)*11*(number of seconds)
The number of seconds is a multiple of 5 up to 30. Make sure to use the same voicemail number as current.
Example: **61*+12223334444*11*30#
