how do i get my original game back after being made to start new game all of a sudden

i have been playing for few weeks and this morning i logged on as usual and was made to start from begining, i cannot seem to find my original game where i was between level 40/45 really don't want to start from the beginning again

send a mail to the support staff of the game, tell them your stats and username and they will surely help you out in this .
