How do i get my purchased google music on my Lumia 635?

My Samsung phone was stolen and I got a windows phone to replace it but can't get my google music

On a web browser from your computer, log into Google Play... In the left margin click "Music" then "My Music."

You should be able to download any music you own there up to 2 times. Download the files to PC. Transfer to your phone over a USB connection.
