How do I get my text messages to display on the lock and start screen tile?

Windows Central Question

I have changed the settings to do so back and forth with device restarts. Nothing seems to be working.

Well first the tile has to be at the largest size I believe.

and you would set the setting in Lock Screen settings for the lock screen thing.
