How do I get voice navigation for maps?

In the settings it says Set default voice av app then Windows phone maps (no voice)

Is there a better free nav app?

I'm using a Blu Win HD phone.

HERE Drive should be available to you.

HERE voice navigation from the app store does it. That's what I use. You can link the voice directions to both HERE maps, and Microsoft maps.

Yep... HERE is no longer a Lumia exclusive. Blu can get it and I think it is AWESOME nav. I like the English (UK) male voice. He sounds very clear and since it is an accent I don't normally hear, I tend to pay attention. YMMV
