Changing Time, Date, Region, and Language Settings on Lumia Denim

Dear all,

I recently bought a Microsoft Lumia 535 in India and moved to Paris, France without activating or using Cortana.

In order to use Cortana now and have my other settings (Time, Date, Region, and Language) in perfect order, what must I do?

Could someone please guide me accordingly?

Following are the current settings on my phone:

Date + Time:
1) 24-hour clock: On
2) Set Time and Date Automatically: Off
3) Time Zone: UTC 01:00 (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, and Paris)
4) Date: 20/08/2015
5) Time: 20:47

Keyboard:
1) English (India)
2) Hindi (Devanagari)

Language:
1) English (United Kingdom)
2) English (India)

Thank you!

Hey there!

Cortana is available in the following countries/regions: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

In order to use Cortana you have to set:

language
country/region
regional format

As far as I know Cortana in India supports english language (not hindi), therefore you should set everything to English (India).

Re: Changing Time, Date, Region, and Language Settings on Lumia Denim

Hey Martsicky,

Thanks for your help.

I'd like Cortana to be in English during my time here in Paris, France. How must I then adjust my settings?

Language: English (United States)
Region:
Country/Region -> English (United States)
Regional Format -> English (United States)

Also you must have location services turned on.
