How do I go about resetting cell data?

Hi guys I am on a 30 day cell plan and I can't for the life of me figure out a way to reset my data. I can edit my data but used data from the previous 30 days remains.
So how can I reset both of my wifi and cell data it used to work but now it doesn't,
I have a 640 runing win 10 build 14342.1004

I would like to see in the future to automatically reset every 30 days like they have for a monthly plan.

I have decided to roll back my phone and then join the normal ring see if that fixes the problem.

30 Days ago I reset my phone and went to the Insider Preview to fix my data so it would go to zero. Apparently the problem still remains on this ring as well (Insider Preview 10586.420) I can't be the only one that has this problem. The data does not reset to zero so I have no way of knowing how much data I have used. Last time I thought I was on the fast ring and it was a bug. But I'm on the Insider Preview you would think this would be safe for the masses. I am starting to get fed up with this platform the last few day have been a pain with this phone.
