How do I import contacts from SIM to the PC?

I added some contacts on my windows phone 10 and saved them in SIM. Now when I go to people app in my PC, I don't see those newly created contacts. I tried syncing them from both the mobile and PC. They are showing in mobile but not on my People app and neither in my outlook.com

Nevermind. Found it in setting by importing contacts from SIM
