How do I install Bing Maps 3D Preview on Windows 8.1?

The Bing Maps 3D Preview is no longer in the store... here is a link to it:

Is there any way that I can install it on a Windows 8.1 computer that doesn't have it?
Like can I grab the appx file or something from the link?

I also have the app installed on another Windows 8.1 computer... is there a way to transfer that app from that computer to another?

I'm not sure if this can work but have you checked under my downloads in the app store? It could be there in the list of past downloads and maybe you can install it from there?
