I had the same issue. Insert a memory card and then search for windows iso and use the tool. It will allow you to use the memory card for the installation. If I find the link again tomorrow I will post it here.

Here is the link. This allowed me to use an SD card to install Win 10 on my 32GB Dell V8P. However, please be advised that Win 10 did not run well on my tablet so I rolled it back to 8.1 mostly for the browser.
