How do I know if my Nokia 521 is unlocked?

Yes the unlocked phone on Amazon will work in Venezuela and its better to get the T-Mobile 521 than the 520. But make sure you buy case and screen protectors for the 521 and not 520. The 520 accessories will not work with the 521. Good luck.
