How do I manage my worlds in Minecraft PE?

Can someone tell me how to do it in windows phone?

You can't add texture packs to worlds or use mods in windows phone version,on iOS and android yes but not windows phone.

How do I move my worlds between my computer and my phone?

You can't on a windows phone from what I know as it requires access to the phone's system files to do that.
