How to migrate WeChat chat log from Windows phone to Windows Phone??

i can't seem to find chat migrate setting on Windows Phone's WeChat (android and iphone have this function!)

Is there any alternatives to migrate my WeChat chat log to my new Windows phone? I installed WeChat on my micro SD card and pretty sure the chat log is on my card.

Can I move the chat log to my PC and then move to my new phone??

Please help!!!
