How do I prevent a downloaded update from installing?

I downloaded the latest W10 build so it is now ready to install. However I don't want to install it anymore as I cant backup my app settings (error message). However the phone says it will automatically install the update by 1st July if i don't do it before. Nooo! I don't want it to until I fix the backup problem. How can I delete the downloaded update or stop it from auto installing on July 1st?
