How to push apps to Windows 10 Mobile from the store website?

WP8.1 had a really cool system where we could push apps directly to the phone. when trying to do this on W10M, if there is a Universal app for the same, the website redirects me to the pc Store app. Has this feature been disabled or am I doing something wrong?

you cant, Microsoft is not saying anything about it, expect it to reappear some day
