How to really backup an app in Windows Phone?

Hi,

I have a bank app that has a "token" feature. Every time I need to do a transaction online it generates a code to validate it. The thing is, everytime I need to reset the phone or when I buy a new phone, I have to go to the nearest bank branch to re-activate the app.

When I had an android phone, Helium (former Carbon) would create a COMPLETE (app + app data) backup that could be restored when needed.

Do we (WP users) have a similar solution?

App data backup, or lack of, always bothered me on Windows Phone and i'm not confident you can do that.
