How do I remove outlook.com from Windows 8.1 mail?

Whilst I was endeavouring to add contact details to my Windows 8 mail Plusnet account via 'People', I accidentally signed up for an outlook.com account which has created a new primary email page which I need to remove. The original 'page' set up with Plusnet needs to be reinstated as primary. Can you help please?
