How do I remove pre-installed speech languages?

How to remove preinstalled speech languages?

I've got a brand-new Lumia 950 and it's got Chinese speech language preistalled.
I want to remove it because I don't understand even a word of it and want to free up some space.

I've been searching tips, but it hasn't been successful.
Is it possible? If so, please share the tips.

i got an CV NL lumia 640 dual sim.(North america) Dunno why it's there. with french speech installed.

Settings --> Time & Language --> Language. Press and hold your finger on the language you want removed; a context menu shows up. Press "Remove" to delete the language. Note, if the language you are removing is currently the default language, set another language as the default, then remove the language you wish to delete.
