Rule number 1: Never, ever forget your password.
Rule number 2: Never forget rule number 1.

You may have to flash your phone to be able to use it again, but you will lose everything on it. Hopefully, there is already a backup. I can't even guarantee flashing will work, as I've never had that issue.

There is no way to bypass the password on a Windows Phone. The security is too good.

Hard reset is the only way.

This is the strength in having a PIN code on your lock screen. Imagine that if someone else picked up/stole your phone and there was an easy way to bypass the code....
