I just install windows insider and configure my 8.1 device to get pre-release software. But now, I think i don't update my device. Is there any possible solution to remove configration so that I can get offical updates from Microsoft.. Or can I update offical windows 10 update after upgrading to windows 10 pre-release software?

You will be able to upgrade to 10 officially regardless, assuming no carrier interference.
If you are already on the 10 Preview, use the Windows Phone REcovery Tool to downgrade.
If you are on 8.1 and don't want Insider updates, I'm not sure, you may want to uninstall Insider.
