How do I return my pc to a previous date?

My screen seems to have slipped to the left and I can't access some of my icons and left hand programme buttons. I get all these back if I change the screen resolution but then the screen is blurry.

Which windows version and computer are you using?

It sounds to me like it could be hardware failure on the surface of it.

To system restore, go to control panel (press window key, type control panel). In the search box type system restore. That should let you revert to a previous date as long as one is saved.
