How do I roll back from Windows 10 Fast Ring (19H1) to 1809?

Update: Solved!

Don't ask why! But I'm on Windows 10 Fast Ring with 19H1 and want to rollback to production Windows 10 October 2018 Update, (1809) .

I know I've read somewhere how to do this, but can't find it. If someone could provide a link or instructions, I'd appreciate it.
