Rooting is an Android thing. It is not possible with Windows Phone 8.1.

Why would you want to root it? And have you considered upgrading to 10, if your handset will take it? You sound unhappy 😀

WPinternals might be something you'll be interested in, but there is nothing like Android's root scene.
