How do I send to new people a Whatsapp message?

For the love of God, I can't seem to figure this out. How do I send a Whatsapp message to "strangers"? How do I add to my Whatsapp contact list even?

First add there contact no. in ur people gub.....then refresh ur WhatsApp favorites.....there u go....u will hav that contact in ur fav...

You can't send messages to strangers , unless if you strangers added in contacts list (people hub ). Whatsapp will refresh the list and show them in favourites.
