How do I set my phone to make only cellular calls?

I don't want to make wifi calls I want to set my windows Nokia phone to make cellular calls. When wifi signal isn't good my phone cuts out, which is almost always.

There should be an App on your phone named "WiFi Calling." You should be able to open the App and turn the feature off... Or just uninstall the App.
