How do I set the Windows + TAB option?

I'm a web-developer and I frequently use Windows + TAB window switch. But it just stopped working. I'm not comfortable with using Alt + TAB so that's why I came here.
I tried googling it, but it seems that no one has really talked about it. My coder-fellows have no ideas as well. I just don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

Silly question, but did you try another keyboard to make sure it isn't your hardware?
