Are you looking for Wireless Emergency Alert and Amber SMS?
If yes... I fear that WEA is not going to be implemented for US in any of your available Firmwares.

It is unfortunate that WEA is lost. I have a 1520.3 for the Latin American markets and lost my WEA as a result. I'd love to have them back but have not found a way.
